Danish dairies are more than Arla. For although Arla clutters on the map, there are still a number of independent, Danish dairies.
Many of them produce cheese on old-fashioned crafts style, and several also have a shop where you can taste the cheese before you buy.
At the same time there are a number of small farm dairies on the way, where you can also taste and buy cheese and other dairy products.
